This beautiful Office Desk chair is crafted out of a premium economy seat taken from a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 Sporting the registration G-VXLG and nicknamed “Ruby Tuesday”.
That’s right, this chair was taken from the cabin of an actual aircraft.
Not only is it one of the most unique seats you’ll probably ever see its also extremely comfortable.
The sturdy furniture piece in its original form sits on a steel swivel stand which can be adjusted in height.
The chair has so many surprises such as adjustable headrest, adjustable arm rests that can be stowed, storage around the back where the life jacket used to be stowed, fold out tray tables, lcd tv screen that folds away and can be removed if required.
Nothing has been changed on this chair to preserve the history of the seat, it has been professionally cleaned and mounted on a sturdy steel base. there may be small differences between seats as they are made to order.
