These 747 numbers have been created from the fuselage of the iconic Pan Am Boeing 747 named Clipper Tradewind. They are designed to be wall mounted and can be arranged and spaced to suit your own personal requirements. They are perfectly cut in the Boeing Font also.
Cut from A Pan Am 747 Named Clipper Tradewind sporting the reg N4712U
Each number is approximately 600mm wide x 460mm high.
Professionally cleaned and restored, each rivet polished to a shine and fitted with a genuine Pan am ID plate and 747 lettering.
Delivered to United as N4712U in 1970. To Pan Am in 1985. Fitted with side cargo door in 1988. I think it can just be seen on the rear fuselage. To Aeroposta in 1992 . Converted to a freighter for Polar Air Cargo in 1994. Reregistered as N852FT in 1995. Used as a ground trainer at Prestwick from 2002. Scrapped in 2017. Parts to Sunderland for preservation.
